This song is titled "Black Balloon". This song was written by The Goo Goo Dolls. John Rzeznik sang this song and played the guitar while Tobby Mac played the bass and Mike Malinin played the drums. It's track number is five on their album Dizzy Up The Girl. It's a beautiful song it is one of my favorties. I'm listening to it right now.
