She was one of the final experimental androids but somewhere along the way failed and was sent to a isolate facility to be "disposed of". Her human and robotic body function are somewhat iffy, as is later learned on in the story. Her human memories have been have been wiped so that she remembers nothing of her past life. She is basically a walking time bomb that Sakura Corp made to wipe out "the World," a governmental organization that rules over the world's every little doing.
