Story Excerpt / History:
Kaito Alexander Longfang was born in 1609 as the second son of the highest standing pureblood Vampire families. He was raised mostly by his kind mother and tutors while his father led the council through much bloodshed and violence. He was trained in politics, blood magic, runes, fighting, and many languages as well as the basics of writing, speaking, mathematics ECT. The family was attacked on many counts in order to try and remove the family until his father stepped in and in return wiped the attacking family from existence killing anyone related to that family.
Through his studies he learned the truth about the council and why so many hated it. He became furious as he learned that all he had been told about the council and been raised to believe had been nothing more than a fabricated lie.
The council was merely a way for the power hungry leaders of the wealthy families to satisfy their greed, lust, and thirst for control. They were not the righteous leaders he had been raised to believe.
Tired of the actions of his family Kaito left home to make a life away from the council he now despised. He refused to take any aid or money from his family and left with only a suitcase and his treasured violin.
He then began making a living as a traveling musician, playing on street corners for pocket change. He refused to drink human blood to survive after he left the family so he made due with livestock and any human made food he could manage. It was a rough way to live but yet it helped him learn the struggles of the common man as he watch the world change before his eyes.
