On June 11th 2009 around 8pm. I got banned. So I emailed gaia using a feedback form &&waited about a few days about a week or so.
This is what I sent;

This is the reply back I got from it.
"Your account has been banned for hacking or profiting from hacking.
According to our records, items previously reported stolen by another user
ended up in your account. In accordance with our standard moderation
practices, your account must remain banned."
