Before Panzer Armored Len, there were two things missing from this universe: The "bishounen" response to Mecha Musume as a concept, and o.O-looking male character models in UT2004. With eternal thanks to my buddy xenoaisam, those two things are missing no more. Panzer Len pretty much sports the same outfit and equipment as xeno's Panzer Armored Girl with the notable changes of shield parts mounted on the lower leg parts and a MG 151/20 Autocannon in place of the 75mm Portable Tank Cannon common to the Sherman and Panzer Girls xeno modeled earlier on. The fact that it's our favorite Vocaloid shota with this equipment really breaks a good deal of barriers and in any case, it makes for a really silly joke player avi for UT2004 as 1) Panzer Len is technically crossplay, despite his making his crossplay of Panzer Armored Mecha Musume look cool enough to scream "THIS. IS. SPARTAAAAA!!!", and 2) Briefs = Lulz.
And yes, just to sweeten up the deal, he created Panzer Armored Rin, and the reasons for that are two-fold: Panzer Rin serves as the traditional Mecha Musume reason to download the Panzer Kagamine Twins pack, while Panzer Len represents the lulzy + o.O-inducing part...and you know it's o.O-inducing for sure--seriously, Len's wearing briefs underneath the uniform...which explains why Miku Hatsune in the corner over there is nosebleeding like crazy. o.O
