Kyo blinked as snapped at her. This would be the first time….ever since they have known each other. Hiroko and Yuzume blinked, none of them had seen him like this before, not even 2 years ago or just last week when Kyo did something to get him back in her room. Kyo looked distant, as she stared at the floor. He dropped to her knees tears forming at her eyes. Her friends both came over to her hugging her in a big group hug. “Kyo it’s all right.” Yuzume said softly. Hiroko smiled softly. “I’m sure he will get over it in due time….” Hiroko said softly.
Ryu’s tail and ears hung down his eyes closed as he cried in the corner of his room. The stuffed cat he was clinging to was starting to get wet. He opened his eyes for a second only to wrap the sleeping bag around him. He just looked like a trash bag on the floor in the corner. “I wonder if she will forgive me….” He said softly. He could hear the three of them in the other room comforting Kyo.
Ryu sighed getting out of the closet slowly. He walked to the window opening it, thinking of just ending it now. Leaving her, he already caused enough pain. If he fell from here he would survive. He looked up wondering if there was a way to get out of the room and to the roof. He couldn’t climb pure concrete. He sighed jumping up onto the windowsill perfectly balanced. Little did Ryu know Kyo saw him get out of the closet from the open bedroom door. She then heard the window open.
Kyo blinked. What is he going to – Then it hit her. She got out of the hug running into her room just as Ryu was going to lean forward and ‘fall’ out the window. Just as he disappeared from view she was already at the window. “Ryu!!” She reached out grabbing his leg. He blinked. “Kyo….?” Hiroko and Yuzume ran into the room quickly. “Kyo?!” She was slowly sliding to the window. They ran over to her grabbing hold of her pulling Ryu back in with a team effort. He sighed being suspended above 58 feet above the ground being held by three people.
After pulling him up she slapped him. “What where you thinking?!” He just stayed silent, his eyes distant. She could tell something was troubling him. She knew it was the death of Hatsumi and something else. “I-“ She put a finger to his lips. “You don’t need to say it.” She smiled hugging him. Hiroko smiled same with Yuzume. “Lets go.” Hiroko said softly. They both left them alone in the dark apartment. The sun was setting the day ending…..
