Time: 4:45 AM
Kyo woke up early. She slept next to him this time. When she woke up he was a child again. He was deep under the blankets of the bed. He was kind curled up in a small ball. She got out of bed going to the shower. When she came back to in the room a towel wrapped around her. He was still asleep. She changed into her day clothing then putting things she needed for the lab in a backpack. She smiled walking over to him running her fingers tough his hair. When she did he slowly woke up. “Ugh….” He opened his eyes looking at her. “Mother…?” He looked at her. “No Ryu.” She smiled. “Koshiru?” She sighed. “No, guess again.” He smiled weakly. “Kyo…?” He got up slowly, he was still feeling sick. “I still don’t feel good.” He said softly looking at her. “Kyo…” He slightly reached out to her. She smiled taking hold of his hand. He may be someone as old as she was but he was still a child in some ways. She guessed that depending his age he acted different. When he is a kid he acted like a helpless child searching for…just someone to care about him. When he was a teenager he seemed to be more independent more like someone in high school looking out for themselves.
Ryu coughed looking at her. He had dark circles around his eyes. She could tell he needed much more sleep and didn’t get much when he slept last night. She smiled. “Come on Ryu.” She said putting on his hat for yesterday then he tucked in his tail in his belt loop. She walked towards the door Ryu fallowing behind her. They walked down to her car going back to the lab. When she got back to the lab parking inside the parking lot she sighed. “Ryu I’m going to stay I found you inside the parking lot ok?” He nodded walking with her to the doors. Before she got out of the cat she put a collar on him with a leash. When they got inside she blinked being greeted by Mrs. Nazuke when she saw Ryu she blinked. “I saw him out in the parking lot….how did you manage to miss that?” She sighed taking the collar from Kyo. “I don’t know but I’m still wondering why did you go out Ryu?” She tilted her head. He didn’t say anything. He just looked down at the ground his eyes kind of glazed over. He coughed. “It seems you got something in your system…” He nodded slightly. “Lets go check it out now.” She walked off with Ryu. Kyo sighed going to Room #000013. She sat down in her chair logging on the computer. She needed to start testing soon. “Hmmmm I’m going to have to run a lot of tests on the simulator. This is going to be a long day. The rest of the day she didn’t see Ryu till she was about to leave. When Mrs. Nazuke came in with Ryu he looked…sad. Like he really disappointed someone. Then it hit her. In his mind her boss was his mother. She sighed getting up walking off to the window looking down into the room seeing Ryu…alone sitting on his bed away from the window. When Mrs. Nazuke came up again she looked at Kyo. “Kyo…he hasn’t said a word to me all day…wonder what’s wrong. He hasn’t acted like this since…they day they did testing on him. He didn’t let me near him…” Kyo looked over at her. “I don’t know…but whatever it is he will get over it in due time…”
