Well Christmas is only 3 days away, and so far i have had 3 christmas dinners.
The first was wiht my grandma, she can not cook, so I catered, everything turned out pretty well, even if I do say so myself... there was also the traditional swapping of gifts. Fro Joy we got a stable table with matching mug, and for John we got a mind puzzel.. He;s promised to let me try it once he has it out smile In return, I recieved a red purse wiht $50 and a shopping trip for a shirt wiht Joy tommorow. If you are wondering why it is They are called Joy and John, it was decided a long time ago that being called nanna or the like made Joy feel old, and John is my dad's stap dad and has just always been 'John'.
The second Christmas was held by the rover crew I'm a member of. It was alot of fun, It was a BBQ with a secret santa, I gave a noise maker, a water pistol (very popular thoughout the night) and a mug of milkyways and mars bars. Andrew got it. I got a box containing everything needed for a rover BBQ, a set of tongs, 2 sauce bottles, a bbq lighter, some pringles, 2 spice packets and a licker, aka, a ox tounge. GROSS! lol! Also learnt that my sisters bf is a good bbq chef. go him.
The third Christmas was tonight, I made dinner for mum, my sister and my boyfriend, it went really well. Dinner and sweets were nice, not the best i've ever made, but better then nothing. we went christmas lighting and swapped gifts. Christmas lighting for those who are wondering is when you drive around and look at other peopels christmas light displays.
Anyway, pressie wise, Rosss gave me a sonic screwdriver and pen that make noises, I gave him 2 books he wanted. For his family I got a toaster. a lynx pack, a timtam set pack and mum gave him two wii games and a hamper for his family. He gave everyone in our family 2 movie tickets smile His mum, being the great cook she is, sent along her famous platter of homemade cookies. We couldn't be happier razz
Anyway, we are goign to Swan Hill for actual Christmas Day to spend it with our god mother. I won't have access to a computer agian till New Years eve, and even then I'll be lucky, so form Seraphim2. I wish you all a good holiday and a Merry New year!
