Lately I've been needing to start talking to no one in particular. I've also been meaning to write a story. And I plan on doing such. I might do the story in comic form. Cameos are cool. ANY way... Just so you don't get the wrong idea on where this is going; I WILL add a story. Just not this one. All who have read the prologue that I didn't upload will totally understand this. But... Prologues aren't always important so... HERE I GO.
A brunette of average stature was walking down the sidewalk of the busy streets. Her eyes were focused on the moon; waning in the pitch sky, shining on the city. She lived in one of the biggest party centrals of the world. Perfect for her, at least. She wasn't gorgeous, but she wasn't ugly either. She was just... Average. Brown hair, average height, nothing special about her. The only thing marking her an outcast was her piercing crimson eyes and pale skin of a somewhat gray pallor. A toothy grin spread across her face as she neared a dark alleyway. She slipped into the shadows. Her ears heard voices nearing toward her position.
"Hey, y'wanna hit the bars?"
"Yeah but I need a smoke, you go on. I'm just gonna slip into this alley."
"Dude you gotta stop smokin' that crap."
"I know, it's horrible for me but y'know..."
"Yeah whatever. Catch up later, kay?"
"Alright. Bye."
The girl licked her lips. Dinner. The man walked casually into the darkness when he couldn't move. His back was up against the cold, brick wall. Arms were pinning him there. All he could see were two flashing, crimson eyes. Daggers punctured the nape of his neck. His eyesight grew fuzzy. He let out a scream. His life came to an end.
The girl walked out of the alleyway contently. Her hand wiped a drop of dark red liquid off her lips. She was good for the night. Now she could go home and read. Upon looking up at the dark sky again, she noticed the moon sinking deeper into the sky. On the other side, what she could see of the horizon was brightly lit. The lights in the city were turning off. She cursed under her breath. How stupid she was to stay out this late. She had to get home; and fast. The sun rose higher and higher as she flew through the streets.
Thud. She ran into some one. The blow of her speed left her on the ground. She looked up to find a man, holding his hand out with a smile on his face. "Sorry, my bad," he said. She sheepishly grabbed his hand before giving him a quick nod and fleeing. A confused look was plastered on his face. As he watched her turn the corner, he simply shrugged and continued walking.
TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.
NOW.
I... Also miss Rokku. ROKKUUU NUUUU!!!! *sighs*
