Faith looks out a shattered window and sees the blue moon and feels changes in her body. The pain was fierce and with Dean watching it only made it worse on her. Faith breaks loose and kills the guy holding them hostage. She frees Dean by slashing the ropes. Before Dean can say anything Faith sees herself in a reflecting piece of glass and runs off. Dean goes after her and Faith runs into Casteal. She looks at him as he places his hand on her. A sharp pain strikes her and she hits her knees. She feels the wolf fade and her eyes start bleeding tears from her eyes. Casteal sees Dean running toward them and vanishes. Dean reaches Faith only to see her bleeding from the eyes. He holds her in his arms as she slowly regains her strength. Shortly after getting her back to his hotel room Dean finds Sam and Ruby talking. Dean lays Faith on the bed and yells at Sam about Ruby. Faith wakes up shortly after Ruby leaves and feels the drying blood on her face. She then sees Dean come out of the bathroom with a small bowl and face cloth. He sits beside her as she looks at him. Dean cleans her up as Faith and Dean talk about what happened. Faith feels afraid about Casteal and leaves in the middle of the night while Sam and Dean are still sleeping.
