Well as it is commonly known no good heros don't have that achellies heel of a foe who is just a real b*****d. Well in this series of mine, I will be putting up the dastardly villans I have used against them. Our first foes is:
Tarvis Marvillis/Human/male/bard/Neutral Evil/Beleiver of the source/17th level

Tarvis wears a varoiety of clothes. Sometimes a simple white tunic, other times a blue silken tunic. However at large social gatherings(he LOVES coustume balls). He had many silk and finely made costumes. However these were lost when Markus, Nyrecka, Cyrus, Agni,Vorkin and Verdak raided his estate in political intrigue of Ribcage. Tarvis himself has soft handsome features that he's used to melt many hearts, his raven black hair hangs down the side of his faceand he keeps it fastidiously out of his face. His eyes are a soft chocolate brown. He is 27 years old, and is 5'11" he weighs 147. While the bard may seem rather weak in his appearance. he has a nasty serpants tongue and has no fear of ruining others as part of his vengence. Magically he uses mostly Illusion,Enchantment, alteration,divination and abjuration spells. Occasionally he uses Evovation and Conjuration. Rarely does he dirty his hands with necromancy. When pressed for combat Tarvis usually casts a few suggest spells to make the enemy fight themselves or he casts it on some nearby passer bys to help him. Despite this tactic he usually has a few guards at his side, or had. Now he uses his awesome weaponry to fight. In combat he commonly sends out his Two hand sword and short sword of dancing. To have the greatest effect possible, he also strikes first in every round, thanks to his Sabre of Speed +4, and he's well protected, because of his AMulet of protection +2 and ring of protection +3. Also his studded leather armor aids him too with his natural grace.
Tarvis is the oldest and only son of Mardin Marvillis a former senator of Ribcage. Tarvis lead a fairly sheltered life, and rarely played with other children. When he was young he developed an envy of tieflings, because of the odd features they sometimes sported. This Jealousy later turned into a hatred as his first love was a tiefling woman of little scrupples or morals who used Tarvis for money. It was this hate that slowly began to fester, and later would lead Tarvis to killing her. He felt no sorrow for this, and even attempted to seduce her sister and did, with the same results. Another dead Tiefling, While Tarvis was at the Golden Fiend (a Tavern of reuptable shady items and information) He met with a human who had just been lost a large sum of gold to a band of tiefling Knights of the post. This Man also possesed an intense hatred of non-humans. He saw Tarvis was looking rather dour at the moment and spoke to him. He and Tarvis agreed on many things. One thing was that the half blooded creatures of the planes flaunted there superiority in front of everyone like a peacock strutting about. Sadlly he left a few days later, leaving a young Tarvis with new feelings of hate and contempt. It was at this point when Tarvis was bout the age of 17 he decided to start adventuring.
Little can be said of Tarvis's adventuring days. Nobody knows much and Tarvis isn't speaking about himself. All that is known is he came back a Beleiver of the Source, some new magic items, a bit smarter, and he sported a couple new scars. He came back at the age of 24. It was at this age Tarvis took on the position of senator, his father the former Marvillis represenitive had become old and senile. So tarvis did what he thought best so nobody could know what happened to the man who once made Paracs nervous just with his pressence. He safely hid the old man in the families library at the top of the house. It was at this time Tarvis used his bardic ways to influence people against Paracs', later he looked into slavery using half breeds mostly.He was soon to start his slavery ring using Yugoloths as his middle men to sell slaves to both Tanar'ri and Baatezu. His plans were interupted as he himself got caught up in his own intrigues. While doing costume balls in his home, he murdered one of Paracs's own children. The lord of Ribcage was not to appreciative of this and later hired a band of adventurers when Tarvis was once again getting to big for his briches: when Tarvis wanted to destroy Paracs himself and be the new lord of Ribcage (it is unknown HOW Paracs knew this). Tarvis Escaped as Markus, Nyrecka,Cyrus, Vorkin, Agni and Verdak raided his home. Tarvis Escaped with some deep wounds and a sucking hole in his stomach thanks to Vorkin. Tarvis is currently bidding his time waiting for his time to strike back.....
