Does anyone know any working, really good and easy ways to calm down? Because I need that right now. Or I will tonight. Oh no. Tonight I am going to be a mess. What if I don't get to sleep until much later? I have to wake up hella early, I have to go to bed early! I can't afford to just stay up. And then I'll be tired on my first day of class. AND I'LL BE SO TIRED THAT I'LL NOT PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE I'M GOING AND GET LOST! SOMEONE HELP ME!
