Biography: Celia went to a private school. She ran away when she was thirteen and began to travel the world finding nothing else to do. She is extremely talented at fighting close combat with her sword because she found a teacher who, after she learned all she could, kicked her out. She met the same witch Suma did, who granted her a fairy from, along with the never-ending vial of poison.
Age: Fifteen.
Orientation: Strait
Weapons: A vial of, clear, never ending poison, that change take on any shade or form, and a thin bladed white sword that can cut through stone, with a hilt of gold and dark red ribbons around it.
Powers: The ability to go to and from a fairy form.
Race: Human and fairy.
Personality: Quiet and intelligent. Speaks when she needs or wants to. She trusts some people but only after she gets to know them really well.
Appearance: Long caramel colored hair. Strait green eyes full of knowledge and understanding. She wears a red tank top that ties at the back of the neck, and a red and green camo colored cargo pants, knee length. While in fairy form her eyes and hair are the same (her hair grows longer though), but her clothes change.
Appeal:
