A soft whisper emitted from the trees, the crisp winter breeze falling through Keirine village. All was still. All was dark, with the exception of a couple lamp posts lit up around the village, small critters scampering here and there, a disturbance filling the air. A figure walked into the village, elegant and pure, but the invisible aura around her was deadly. The woman's eyes were like liquid rubies, her pupils rather small. Her lips moved slightly, whispering unheard words into the cold nights air. Her eyes scan the village, the small, it seemed rather large, covering a good seven or eight square miles. She heard another sound, like feet, her keen hearing picking it up so easily. A small smirk played along the women's lips, as she whispered to herself. "What foolish human would be here in the endless depth of night..?" A man rushed from an alley, stopping as he say the elegant figure, standing before him. Her hair was pure black, like the deep black of a starless midnight, her skin a pale snowy white. Her body was normal, not fat, nor immensely skinny. The man swallowed hard, staring. "You are standing here. What are you doing in this village, in the pure of night?" The women said, the man still dumbstruck. Who cares... It's blood... She told herself, walking up to the man silently. Her arms wrapped around him, embracing him in the cold of herself. "And now, you are going to die." She said simply, the man not moving a muscle, his heavy breathing in the woman's ear. Her mouth opened, the tips of her fangs sinking into the man's neck, blood starting to flow from him. As She drew the crimson tears inside her, the man's skin began to turn pale, his expression becoming tired instead of freighted. The woman finished, the sleeve of her coat running across her mouth, whipping the blood clean off her lips as the man dropped dead to the ground. A small devious smile came cross the womans lips, walking away, till the next day when the church bells were ringing in funeral, and when the man whom was watching her followed.
