I got two DVDs from my leftover birthday money and they were, um, Cry-Baby and Pride and Predjudice. i have to say, i've been watching them pretty obsessively. Up to date, i've watched Cry-Baby, like, eight times, no joke. and i've probably watched Pride and Prejudice about four times.
i love that movie. Cry-Baby, i mean. I have watched it practically non-stop. I don't think i could ever get tired of it. It's gotten to point where i'm able to recite lines from the movie. like, while it's happening. for example:
Amy Locane/Allison: You think i got what it takes?
Me/Allison: You think i got what it takes?
Cry-Baby girls: Whoa-ho-ho!
Me/Cry-Baby girls: Whoa-ho-ho!
Johnny Depp/Cry-baby: Yout got it Allison, you got it raw.
Me/Cry-Baby: You got it Allison, you got it raw.
except as they're saying it, i'm saying it too. It's pretty pathetic that i have so much free time on my hands to watch that movie over and over again.
But i just love it so much. First of all, it's a musical. I love musicals, they're my favortie type of movie. Second, it's Johnny Depp, who's just plain amazing. and third, it's frickin' amazing.
Anyway...
