well, today was fun
but tomorrow I dread
cause It's gonna be scary
cause in dance
we just finished making up our solos and duets and stuff
to be in the concert
and the teacher dosen't want to let favoritism get in the way
so, she has a judge come in
and she decides who will dance in the concert
and I just finished choreographing on wedensday
and i found ut why it was soo hard
to come up with new stuff
the song I used is freaking 5 minutes long!
and i choreographed to the WHOLE song!
anyways... I dun know if the judge will like my dance
and then, after school
I have a piano recital
I alway screw up really really bad at those
and I don't think this one will be an acception
I grew up performing
on a stage
but when i get up to perform on a piano
I start shaking like mad
and my fingers won't do what I say
I can perform well on cello, or dancing or singing
but when i step up to the keys
I totally lose it.
it's lame
I know
but i will bear the humiliation again
but what's even sadder,
people tell me i did so well,
but that's only because they don't know what i can do
but the people I want to prove myself to
are never there to hear when I play it well
and it's sad,
because they are so good, and
I could compete with them,
a little
but they don't see me like that

half the little kids have been playing longer than me
so, they are playing more advanced peices
and doing a good job

supposed to be an example
