One time, back in Jan 04 I believe, I was collecting Jolly slippers for the heck of it since they went cheap. Someone told me it was a bad thing, and a mod was pulled into the action. They told me it was ok since there were so many. Then, a green mod said no. I was confused, so I PMed another green mod about it, and they said it was ok, but just morally wrong. I actually caused a 100 gold increase in the minimum price xd .
Now, Early May 05, people are trying this with donation items. Little do they know, they are actually screwing up the economy. I only caused a slight value increase, but 4 million gold is a difference. I find it rather funny, yet also sad. I knew it was wrong for doing the slippers in as my own collection, and it would take too long. So, I gave up. I say that the fools who are doing the same thing give up now, because mods don't cut slack. I was warned after the whole incident not to do it again. So, Only you can prevent forest fires....I mean...er....rediculous price increases.
