Hello....ugh...I feel like my dad doesn't 'get' me. You know? Like, he doesn't want to know the real me and it's either his way or no way. It's not fair! He asked me if I wanted to go to a play today and I said 'I want to but...', because he was leaving in like, thirty minutes and I do not like to be rushed. Apparently he didn't hear me and asks me what I said. We've had this talk before and I tried to move him in a new direction. 'I didn't say anything.' 'Yes you did. You are forcing me to act the way you are now...' What way? How can I tell him that I'm a girl and I need more than thirty minutes to get ready? So, I say that I said that I didn't want to come. Then, he goes all defiant and says. 'Yes you did and now whenever you ask me something I won't tell you what I said.' Oh my gosh!! He is so stubborn!!! ARGH!!!!!!!! Sorry...nevermind. I'll write back later.
