I’ve seen beautiful things
The new light the sun always brings
Life being restored to an empty vein
A second chance that person will gain
I’ve seen the change in a love struck fool
His eyes once dull are a thriving pool
Life becomes routine, he becomes hand fed
There’s a reason to get out of bed
I’ve seen compassion from a human being
Asking for nothing in return was something worth seeing
She was simply selfless, altering lives everyday
I wonder if she knows, if anyone would say
I’ve seen the misery and I’ve seen the depression
How pointless it is, but I don’t need another session
I’ve made myself comfy in the little hole I dug
Three feet wide six feet under but I’m nice and snug
I’ve seen only a fraction of the world, life has only begun
The book unfolds and the story has been spun

- Title: Human Story
- Artist: WHO Says the owl
- Description: I wrote this after a really bad time in my life; I'm going to be honest and say this is on my mirror to remind myself how I can conquer. I feel as if it explains my life, or possibly anyone's life. Even though there is struggle and dark alleys, hopefully, most of us come out on top to be a better and stronger person. I won't let something stop me from my right to be happy and live, we all have that right, and no one (or no thing) has the power to take that away c: <3
