My heart just broke
The sad melody of sickening souls,
Play through my sore core.
I decided to endure the pain
And travel on.
Going through lose
And misery
Make you, you.
I follow this path
This infinite trail.
In the future
When the vows are made
…
We will meet
Again.

This poem is hard to connect to due to the strange language. "Going through lose/and misery/make you, you." doesn't really make sense. I think it could also do fine without the third line because the idea is repeated in the fourth.
