-
Hatred burns a hole into the heart of one,
For it seems that all people can do is run,
From their true feelings.
Which really provide the healings,
Of the heart so light.
For without it how is one's life, supposed to be bright
As this I ponder,
My mind does it wander,
To a different time and place
Where love was first place
And the heart could have it's fun.

- This poem is so pretty. I love the contrast between love and hate and you illustrate it beautifully. And the enjambment in the poem is great too.
