-
You came to us in the dawn of time.
We picked up sticks,
We started fires.
The wheel was set in motion once we
carved it from the stone.
Our bodies no longer bare,
Our world no longer cold,
We rose up on two legs
And your virgin shores explored.
You were the key to every door,
The window to all things still unknown,
You mapped the road to paradise
And we set out for home.
But giants grow, as all men know,
And our heads, they reached the sky.
We left you alone
Pursued answers of our own
And from neglect, you withered and died.

- I enjoyed it and let me tell you you do have prose it's mostly internal, which is a rare feat to do so easily!
