-
I met a man, who wasn't a man, on the front step of my home.
A tall, shy shadow standing there, in the night alone.
He spoke like the wind, of the faery land, one day of which I'd reign.
A wonderous place of unfeeling joy where unknown is all feeling of pain.
Then lift my head, did this unknown man, and told me not to frown.
A royal blue rose, he then presented to me, to be the gem of my crown.
With dew drop pearls upon it's petals it glimmered in the light.
Then he bent and kissed my brow and my dream did bid me goodnight.
