    As I sit alone I remember my past....

    The trials I faced.
    The miracles I encountered.

    I ponder on the past friends that came and go.
    The friends that soon will be leaving my heart.

    The stories that have been told.
    Some of joy, others of sorrow.

    But, then I see my future.....

    The life God has in store for me.
    The life he wants me to live.

    The ups and downs I will face.
    The cons and the pros.

    But, with God by my side.....
    I'll have the best life ever.
