~Forever~

• Description: I wrote this poem for my girlfriend after we got in a serious argument and i thought i was going to lose her. I wrote her the poem in hopes that she will see how i feel about her and that i still loved her and never wanted to be with her forever. Sadly i never found the courage to show it to her. in the end i apologized for the way i treated her, begging her to forgive me, and luckily she found it in her heart to forgive me.

I thought i would never lose you.
I thought that we would be together forever.
From the moment we met i knew,
That you were the one.
The one i would be with forever.
The one i would die for.
The one i would never lose.
The one i loved.
but as the days passed by,
You slowly started to fade away.
And with every day that passes,
My heart dies a little more.
The thought of losing you brings tears to my eyes.
It makes me want to die.
I know that there is nothing i can say or do to make you stay.
nothing can stop it.
Maybe i will lose you,
Maybe i wont.
But even if i lose you,
You will always have a place in my broken heart,
I will always love you,
Forever and ever till the day i die.
