A face that stays
Imprinted on a mind
A wish to touch
With fingers intertwined
A longing to lay
Nestled in his hair
A dream to tell
How much he really cares
The fear of rejection
Too much for him to take
Turns feelings of
Infatuation to hate
The once harmless notes
Become twisted and cruel
An innocent gesture
From an unstable fool
Violent hands
Shaking and cold
Expressing emotions
That words never told
In a second when blinded
By all he could feel
Loving to death
Was never so real
- Title: A Stalker's Love Poem

Description:
Am I a super creep for writing this? Yes, yes, I think I am. XD
Our assignment in creative writing on valentines day was to write a love poem that broke the traditional mold of love poems. We were only allowed to use the word "Love" once, and we couldn't use "Heart" and the original had no pronouns. I just like it better WITH the pronouns. XD - Date: 05/28/2010
