    From watching a movie to staring at the stars.
    We talk about everything that crosses our minds,
    Let it be lost love or maybe our scars.

    One good thing that comes from distance,
    Is the care for the time we do get,
    It could be a whole weekend together
    Or even a few hours, it's what we make of it.

    What doesn't kill you makes you stronger,
    So with distance come many strengths.
    Optimism is the key to making it through,
    tough times occur in many lengths.

    Being away from each other could be...
    A day, a week, a month, or even a year.
    With every new tough time that arises,
    The strength grows to hold back the tear.

    When that exciting day comes,
    when you get to see her beautiful face.
