• 60 second feelings,
    it may seem like no emotion at all,
    60 second love,
    an emotion that I let fall.

    It started with a cry,
    It went from him to her,
    And when it became a fight,
    I could feel my eyes blur.

    And even when the sky
    Turned to baby blue,
    I felt my world was grey,
    All I needed was you,

    And as my roses died,
    They faded with the season,
    They faded like our love,
    They faded with a reason,

    I wanted to keep your hand,
    It felt so good in mine,
    I wanted you to love me,
    I want this all to be fine,

    And when my eyes were clear,
    I couldn’t see so straight,
    My heart felt cold and lumpy,
    My heart told me to wait,

    I looked up at the moon,
    It barely shone at all,
    It had a crescent of grayish white,
    Like my heart, or an empty hall,

    A hall of my lonliness,
    An echoing one, empty and yet full,
    A hall with no doors,
    A hall of my heart, on it it pulled,

    I felt so feeble, I felt so weak,
    I needed my love so badly,
    But I always caused a certain hate,
    It ended quick and sadly.

    And even when these times,
    They felt like something good,
    They turned out as my hell,
    They turned out as hard as wood,

    theres No way to say it,
    I guess it’s no point to try,
    I’m nothing so great,
    This poem would make me cry.

    I cry tears of crimson,
    They bleed through my veins,
    They pull at my heart,
    Like tightly locked chains.

    I feel like a prisoner,
    My love is turned to grey,
    I don’t know it anymore,
    It looked from me, away,

    It flew out the window,
    Like a bird with broken wings,
    It ran away from me,
    And a sad song it sings.

    It sings what was supposed to be,
    It was our promised fate,
    I heard it mumble songs of sorrow,
    I heard it mumble songs of hate.

    It sang for 60 seconds,
    It sang for just that long,
    And with a tear struck, horrid voice,
    It always sang that song.

    These 60 second feelings,
    It may seem sad but true,
    My 60 second life,
    I’d give it up for you.
