-
deep, red blood,
it drips, it falls,
onto the carpet,
and splatters the walls.
the blood- stained knife
clashes on the ground
the blank eyes see
the deaf ears hear sound.
the body that stood
a moment before
now falls with finality
to the red- covered floor
a family bursts in
with laughter abounds
their eyes find the person
there is no more sound
deep wails now fill
the room of the crime
she was their friend, their mother,
why?
the children can't speak
their mother is dead
they can't understand,
but they won't speak again.

- Oh my. That is beautiful. Nothing I have ever heard. 5*. I love it.

That last line is a real clincher...So lyrical, the flow is superb, such a sweet-sounding piece conveying such a delorous subject...very lovely! Esp. loved these lines, "the blank eyes see
the deaf ears hear sound." Very thrilling write! - Report As Spam
