• From sunrise till moon,
    No thought or sound,
    But the Earth still turns,
    Still bustles and breathes,
Just a stroll in my own mental void,
And I feel I crave something,
A desire that sets my heart on fire,
A craze that fills in my vision with a red fog,
And I see blood on my hands,
    A seeking of vengeance,
    On my ego, My soul,
I shall explore the limits of my endurance,
I shall be kind to the fire that burns,
And make this fire burn till all has charred,
Till all is dead in wanting,
I shall have my brawl, my quarrel,
    My riot.
To quiet the ache with pain,
To end the madness with insanity,
    I welcome the heat,
    I harness it's strength, it's vitality,
The surge of adrenaline in my blood,
    Let it boil,
Let it trickle from my open wounds,
I shall lay there, defeated, even if I've won,
For I've given in to the beast inside me,
And I could hear it's laughter,
Blood drunk and sulking in the pleasure,
But my heart is on fire,
    And it feels no regret,
    It feels no wrong.
