I Can Only Imagine

That's why I wrote this poem. Me and my friend were fighting and I really wanted her to forgive me so I wrote this poem for her. Now we're closer than ever.

I can only imagine
What life could be like
If I was perfect
But that’s not right

Nothing is perfect
Not even the world
Not even the girl
I wish I could be

I want to be surrounded by glory
By everything great
And all things that are wonderful
But that could never happen
Everyone has some kind of fate

I can get really close
To having a great life
By having good times
And seeing great sights

I can get even closer
If you’re by my side
You’re my best friend
And you know,
I hate it when we fight

Let’s just get past this
Let it all go free
So I won’t grow to hate you
And you won’t hate me

Please? Forgive me?
