Dancing all alone

• Description: It was a spur of the moment poem. It took me like less then five minute but I love it. I saw the words "dancing all alone" and I felt like writing this poem. I also have it up on deviantart. TThe link is otakuvampire.deviantart.com. It could relate to proms or a wedding. But this is how i feel now.Like i'm all alone and everyone else has somebody bto dance with except me. But eventually my "man" will come.

Dancing all alone
Slow songs play around me
the body's sway so gently
Loving couples dipping quietly
Hand in hand performing
Dancing all together

moonlight shining bright.
Catches the shine of the tears in my eyes.
Roll down one check
Dancing on this gazebo
No male or female
only me dancing alone

swirl right, swirl left,
A swish of my dress.
Twirl , jump, spin,
Then I am caught by him
Sweet serenity
hand in hand
dancing together
one girl and one man
