I am Human

• Description: this is a poem that i wrote a couple of years ago. I have been hurt in the past by people who think they are better than me but really, they just feel little of them selves and so put other people down in order to feel good.

I am human.
I laugh, I cry.
I feel pain
And I feel pleasure,
Just like everyone else.

I am human.
Yet, as I grow,
I am shoved to the ground.
They yell and they tease.
They push and they punch.

We are human.
We fight, we kill.
We agree and disagree.
We have differences,
But we are all alike.

Millions of us.
One planet to live on.
We are here.
We need this world.
You are human,
And so am I.
