Lingers on in my mind
When I hold you
In my arms so gently
The stillness of love
The essence of time
Linger on in my mind
You’re in my thoughts
You’re in my heart
Never know its coming
Till it’s already passed
Romance in the night
Lights up the sky
Stars shine upon
Those who truly love
You light up the night sky
With your beauty
And many will fall
Fall for you
You must know
That my love for you is true
You sheath your beauty
And hide it from the world
My body is here
Ready to hold close to you
When you find the one
You want to be with the most
You will go so far
Only to find
He is right in front of you
