Crowded masses
Jumbled classes
Yearning hearts for substance seek
Donning now his own great peril
Slowly he does stand to speak
Fanning words to flame the people
Testing hearts and trying minds
Challenging our thoughts and precepts
Shattering well founded lives
Sowing words of provocation
Adding some to calm them down
In a breath he calls forth anger
With a word wraps mercy round
prodding hopes and pushing worries
Playing fears out loud and long
Filling all the empty people
With his spoken siren's song
- Title: The Puppeteer
- Artist: racket444
- Description: Ever sit back and wonder at how people just take everything at face value? I wonder why it seems like ppl r so easy to dupe. Is it just cause they're that stupid or just because they really want to believe all the wonderful lies they're fed?
