The numbness must be filled, so I fill it with sorrow
The pain was unbearable, now it’s my only friend
You’re the enemy now
Seeping through my words, my feelings flow
You never cared, never loved
Were you too blinded by her?
Or just dumb enough not to see that I was always there for you?
My words of love were true, pure and clean. Just as your lies were black, depressing and hateful.
I want the best for you and you know damn well I was the best.
I would call you hurtful things, but what would that make me?
No better than you….
And to me, you’re worthless now.
I gave my heart to you, trusting, caring, naive
And you broke it.
The agony, the suffering…
You’re selfish.
I hate you.
