DROWNING

• Description: this is a poem written by a close friend named Kyllee Miller for Trey Hilson. They are beyond perfect for each other. i have known them since 3rd grade and they just go together like Rihana and Chris Brown....oh wait....well i read it in the middle of math class and yelled out "THE WORLD MUST KNOW OF THIS!" so here we are. enjoy.

I was walking on the beach last night
admiring the serenity and peace
and then, oh-no, i tripped
and the next thing i know
I'm in the water
trying to stay above.
Treading water, I'm losing strength
and then I'm sinking.
First goes my chest
now its my chin
my head is tilted back,
taking my last breath
I'm under now, my lungs are weak
and then I'm drowning
I expect to feel the pain,
come quick and sharp.
But as I take in water
I realise it is but that.
I'm drowning in my love for him
In way over my head.
So please, if you're reading this,
please, come rescue me.
