I've drempt of a friend,
Who I can tell things to,
And it could never tell anyone,

I've drempt of a furry friend,
Who would be sweet and doesn't bite,
Playful, soft, and cute,

I've drempt of a friend,
Who wouldn't comment of my thoughts,
Who I could see everyday,
And who wouldn't care how I look,

But when I finally got him,
My furry little cat friend,
He dies the next day.....
