• There once was a tiger
    A large one you see
    Who meet a small viper
    gleaming with glee

    The Viper said "hello"
    "how are you today"
    but the tiger was mellow
    and fading away

    The viper was confused
    and tried to cheer the tiger
    but he was not amused
    and scolded the little viper

    As the tiger moved away
    weakened by disease
    the viper cried today
    saddened and displeased

    But that vipers kindness
    so powerful and keen
    was blanked by the tigers blindness
    so ignorant indeed

    For the cure he must pursue
    is right in plain sight
    a simple herb you see
    grown by the vipers side
