A best friend that never leave.
A person you can lie on when you grieve.
A leader that guides your way,
Or a follower that never runs away.
It may sound silly but quite true,
He's the only person I can rely on when I'm blue
He never hurts me, he cries with me
But pity him for he is not free.
He doesn't have a feeling,
He doesn't have any meaning.
I can never wish for him to disappear.
He's like a voiceless voice that I always hear.
Building a wall in front of your face,
Those memories I cannot erase.
I don't know what to do so
But you'll alwasy be my friend, my shadow.
