'Twas innocence that bound my soul
half-made, gaze into the hole
that cuts into my very being;
broken, bleeding, heart still beating;
taken with the times of ole,
society will never fold...
Flames once burned by wintry coal,
now twisted up beyond control
fever dreaming, still no meaning,
present company demeaning;
Now but one decrepit foal,
I cannot play my lonesome role.
A simple partner will suffice;
a flower, carved as black as ice!
My will entice, our strength made whole,
beyond these human walls we'll go -
Resolute against the cold,
Your hand my Daimond Heart will hold.

- Normally I wouldn't like all the rhyme but when I read it aloud it flowed so well it helped me understand. Unique? Or did I just finally understand something of your poetry? Thanks.
