I think it's a bit cheezy and cliched. Break up the last two lines into four lines, so you have a sonnet. Maybe you can come up with a rhyme scheme. You can do whatever you want there. If you decide to rhyme, DON'T MAKE IT LOOK FORCED. Plus, you might want to take out "to tell you I love you" and start the new line there. Overall, change the wording so it doesn't sound so
