Another day
Another rain
The scorn I feel still thrives
The clock stands still
Against my will
The pain doesn’t pass me by

Another week
Another creak
The hatred burning like fire
I’m locked inside
No reason why
Freedom is my desire

Another year
Another fear
Will I ever see light again
My pain is numb
This life is dumb
And I’m glad this is my end

The last day
The only way
To ever feel anything
I lay to sleep
I do not weep
My sight is blackening
