A kiss so sweet for your lips of metal,
To give me sight beyond all of reason,
But you are made of that of a kettle,
For what we see is of the great seasons,
Brightness penetrating darkness of night,
I want to see, show me, show me, show me,
Your lenses are like eyes of great delight,
The multitude of lights we have to see,
Because of you, people call me a seer,
I tell them secrets of the howling dark,
But my sight is blocked by this atmosphere,
If only I had a star-bound ark,
This planet binds me like the greatest bars,
If only I could live among the stars.

Description:
I wrote this in English class last semester, I know it's not the best but I was the only one who could actually complete one. I wrote it about Astronomy.
I have this posted on my deviantART account, Andr0o.deviantart.com . In case you think it's stolen, I also have the original copy. - Date: 02/16/2009
