• Dirt walkways, outlined only by foot steps,
    Shabby houses, built from flimsy wood,
    Muddy water, but to them a miracle to have,
    Food, so scarce, as if diamonds from Gaia itself.
    It seems like a whole other world.
    One that only exists in nightmares and movies.
    But its all real. Vividly real.
    People dieing everyday. While others are born. Just to die.
    When we hear of them we think they're dirt.
    But when we actually are put in a position where we are poor.
    Or can't get any food.
    We struggle to not get laughed at.
    While they struggle.
    Just to live another hour.
