As I've Become What I've Had

In a car underwater with time to kill
Thinking back I forgot to tell you this

I know that you’re gone and you’ve left me,
What hurts more is that I still would die for you

‘...I’ve woken now to find myself alone,
In the shadows of all I have created

I’m longing to be lost in your fiery eyes,
(Away from this place that I have made)

Won’t you take me away from me tonight,
Crawling through this world as this disease,

Flows freely through my dirtied veins,
I look into myself in search of mercy,

But my own heart has been changed,
I can’t go on like this if I reach the end,

I loathe all I’ve become and have to be,

Well, that's an option. If you read some of my other stuff, I have a few rhyming poems, but I tend to stick to free verse. Thanks for the opinion though :]

I like it, it has rythem and heart, and thats practicly all ya need for a poem. But id like it a bit more if you rhymed, but thats only an opinion mrgreen
