Swept away by wind
That carries me South
Drops me in a lion's mouth
He growls witha smile
And spits me back out
And I sink into sorrow
And I start to shout
Then I look at a light
Coming in from the sky
And I reach to grab it
I jump, and I try
Then it goes away
And I start to cry
In this black abyss
That carries me high
Then a hand on my shoulder
Says "Don't be afraid.
I'm sure you'll catch that light someday
But today you must wake.
There's a life to portray."
And I wake with a jolt
On a sun-lit day
I dare to step outside
And the air starts to bend
And before I could gasp
I was swept away by the wind.
