Free Soul
Sick
God died then someone took over
God left
Bothers me
Reigns over heaven
watches over hell
sneaks us in some drugs
once in a while stops by for hugs
Love my God
so do you
you prove it with your actions
he loves us too
He gave us breath
he gave us life
he gave us all this sin
that we could willingly drown in
Non-existing
not caring
Heavenly father
came down and saved me
Showed me beauty
wiped away my tears
lifted me up
nailed me down
Halo slipping
I dedicated my soul for family
but he knew both were already lost
one sided deal
Debt that i'll have to pay for an eternity
Nice and warm
Like California

- Brilliant, must be my lucky day to read two good poems in a row on gaia. The title could be interpreted as, a free soul for the devil/satan. Then again the poem speaks of a hypocritical god, and not the belief in one. God is going to burn you in hell forever and ever and ever. Never again will you feel comfort or anything but horrible pain. Sounds like love to me. He stacked the deck against us and can't forgive us for eating a apple that I never even saw.
