For you, Olivia.
I'm sitting here
in the pouring rain
watching you walking away
with him on your shoulder.
I'll never forget that day
Though, the sun was
coming down in rays
that blinded me.
And now here I am,
sitting inside, yet still
the rain pours outside.
It hits the leaves,
pelts the asphalt,
paints the truck.
I can remember that day.
And I'm glad that those
crazy, hard to grab words
escaped from your lips.
Because I still love you
but as friends.
I still miss when you're gone
because I love you.
And I know we're friends
because I miss you when you're gone.
So love me back?
Because I love you.
You're my other half.
Mi Amiga
always and forever.
Let the world crumble.
Let the skies fall apart.
Let nature revolt.
I'll still be there for you.
I'm a friend.
A brother.
The other half.
And nothing will keep us apart.
Be the south to
my north pole?
Would ya?
