You knew the cold was coming
Gloves shouldn't have a tear
For when the wind starts blowing
And your skin is left all bare
The frost sends someone special
Tending to the likes of these
For you didn't heed the warning
As your hands begin to freeze
Her figure is quite small
And her wings are made of white
And when she's gone your face
Will have quite a look of fright
For when you get inside
And feel nothing touching you
You'll see then and there your fingers
Turned a shade of blue.
